Oscar D'Souza was attracted to real estate as a career in 1979 as a consequence of being an investor. He is passionate about real estate and the intriguing part it plays in wealth creation.
He was trained at a highly reputable company called Justin Seward Pty Ltd and was instrumental in founding a company called Torrens Real Estate just 3 1/2 years after he entered the profession. Torrens Real Estate developed into a network of 5 offices in the north eastern suburbs of Perth during his 23 years with the company.
Now with 27 years of real estate and education in most disciplines he is licensed as a Real Estate Agent, Settlement Agent, Finance Broker and has a Masters of Business Administration degree.

Tony Talty arrived in Australia after a career in International banking in London, Bahrain and Singapore. Being a keen investor with properties purchased while working overseas, he began a career in real estate in 1990.
